❗ Cancellation Policy

You can cancel your membership anytime.

If you cancel 5 or more days before your next scheduled visit, you’ll be refunded for all unused future visits.

If you cancel within 5 days of your next visit, that visit is counted/charged, and all remaining unused visits will be refunded.

🔁 Rescheduling Policy

Rescheduling is free if done 5+ days before your visit.

If you reschedule within 5 days, a $50 late rescheduling fee applies (invoiced separately).

If you cancel a visit within 5 days without rescheduling, the visit is forfeited.

💵 Refund Policy

All unused services are refundable.

Completed or forfeited visits are not refundable.

No automatic renewals — your membership does not auto-charge after your term ends.

📅 Scheduling

After checkout, a scheduling coordinator will contact you within 24 hours to set up your first service date.

Each month’s visit is confirmed in advance through our scheduling system.

✅ Quality Guarantee

If a service is ever not completed to our standard, we will return and correct it at no additional cost.

🛡 Insurance & Licensing

We are a fully licensed and insured mobile detailing provider with coverage up to $500,000 for on-site service.
